- Jobimate.com does not guarantee or warranty a satisfactory response or any response at all once the Jobseekers/Applicants/Candidates has entered their resume or information/data.
- Jobimate.com reserves the right to remove multiple resumes uploaded by the same individual across one or more accounts without notice. This service is exclusively for candidates seeking suitable employment opportunities, and any commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Jobimate.com reserves the right to reject or delete any resume, insertion, or information/data provided by the Jobseekers/Applicants/Candidates without providing a reason.
- Jobimate.com reserves the right to modify or edit resume to ensure they fit within its database.
- This free service allows only the Jobseekers/Applicants/Candidates themselves to add, modify, or change the data/information they have entered. It does not permit them to use the service to replace the information/resume of another person with new data or information.
- Upon registration, the will choose a password to access all information received through Jobimate.com. The user is solely responsible for safeguarding this password.

- You will receive job alerts via email, detailing positions that match your profile on Jobimate.com. You can disable job alerts for your account by logging in.

By posting jobs on Jobimate.com, you agree to the following terms of service:
- Jobimate.com will exclusively showcase the information in its jobs section or any other mirror/parallel site(s) deemed suitable by Jobimate.com.
- Each job listing featured in the jobs section of Jobimate.com will have a specified duration (currently 30 days), subject to potential changes without prior notice.
- Jobimate.com reserves the right to reject any user-provided insertion or information/data, with or without reason, before or after uploading vacancy details. Jobimate.com may refund any payment made at its sole discretion in such cases.

Subscription/Membership
For subscriptions or membership on Jobimate.com, you agree to the following terms of service:
- You acknowledge that your user account and password are for your exclusive use only. Your subscription is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared with others.
- Jobimate.com will begin offering services upon receiving upfront payment of charges from either the user or a third party acting on behalf of the user.

- Each listing displayed in the featured Employers/Recruiters/Companies/Agents section of Jobimate.com will remain active for the duration subscribed by the users.
Jobimate.com reserves the right to reject any vacancy details or information/data provided by the subscriber, with or without reason, either before or after uploading. In such instances, Jobimate.com may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund for any payments made. - Jobimate.com agrees to provide the service to the Employers/Recruiters/Companies/Agents for the contracted duration and number of vacancies to the best of its ability.
- Jobimate.com is not liable for any information received by the Employer/Recruiter/Company/Agent, and it is the sole responsibility of the user to verify and authenticate the information or responses received at their own cost and expense.
- Jobimate.com will endeavour to utilize the parameters provided by the Employers/Recruiters/Companies/Agents for shortlisting purposes, but does not guarantee the accuracy of the shortlisting process based on the Employers/Recruiters/Companies/Agents specified selection criteria.

Furthermore, Employers/Recruiters/Companies/Agents undertakes to use the database exclusively for contacting candidates regarding job opportunities.
- Jobimate.com is not responsible for the loss of data, whether due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control, such as data corruption, delays, or failures resulting from causes like strikes, civil unrest, government policies, unauthorized data tampering by hackers, war, or natural disasters.
Jobimate.com is not liable for any information received by the user. It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify and authenticate received information at their own cost.
